What does the Free Steak Dinner voucher get me?
The Free Steak Dinner voucher is good for (1) 6oz. Outback Special® Sirloin and choice of (1) side. Voucher is redeemable one per table Monday- Thursday for dine in only. Voucher may not be combined with any other offer or discount.

Can I substitute my 6oz Outback Special® Sirloin for a different entree?
Yes, but pricing and participation may vary. Please ask your server for details.

When can I use my Free Steak Dinner voucher?
Your voucher may only be used Monday-Thursday at any participating location. The voucher expires October 27, 2011.

What if I wish to change the restaurant location of my request?
Since each request is tied to a unique mailing address, guests are unable to change the store location. However, there is no need to formally change the restaurant location on your request as each voucher is valid at any participating Outback Steakhouse in the United States (excluding the District of Columbia, North Dakota, Puerto Rico, Las Vegas, NV Strip/Casino and Airport Locations)

What do I do if I entered my information incorrectly?
We will be unable to change any information entered on the www.outbackfreesteaks.com website.

If I don’t want to redeem my voucher at the Outback that I specified during registration, will another location accept my voucher?
Yes. Your voucher is valid at any participating Outback Steakhouse in the United States (excluding the District of Columbia, North Dakota, Puerto Rico, Las Vegas, NV Strip/Casino and Airport Locations).

How/when do I receive my voucher?
Your voucher will arrive via the US postal service by September 30, 2011.

Will my personal information be shared or made available to others?
No. We will not share your personal information with any company or individual not associated with this promotion. However, if you are determined a prize winner, your first name, last initial, city and state will be made available via the public winner list which is required by law. Please read our privacy policy for more details.

Can I scratch off the silver coating on the back of my voucher?
No, for authentication purposes please do not scratch off the silver coating on the back of your free steak dinner voucher.

1) Enter your zip code
2) Fill in the necessary information (First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Street Address) and click the submit button.
3) You will then receive a confirmation on the next page.
4) You will receive your coupon to the email address provided within 48 hours.

If you are having trouble getting the reservation website to work, please try the following:
• 1. Restart your computer.
• 2. Check to insure that your computer is connected to the Internet. Test to see if you are able to access other websites. If you can’t access other websites, then you most likely have an Internet connection issue. Contact your Internet provider for assistance in restoring your Internet connection.
• 3. Make sure you are using an up-to-date, supported web browser. Why is the registration website loading so slowly?
Slow page load could be the result of a large quantity of Outback fans accessing the website at the same time. Also, if you are using a dial up connection, the reservation website may take longer to load.

How do I receive my certificate for printing?
Once you have filled out the required information and received the confirmation screen, an email will be sent to the email address you specified within 48 hours. This email contains a link that you can click on to open your certificate. Please note: You will only be able to print the certificate once, so please have your printer on and ready. When your certificate opens, you will need to print it out and bring it with you to your local Outback Steakhouse.

I received the confirmation page, but I did not receive my emailed certificate. What should I do?
If you completed the registration process and saw the confirmation screen, then your certificate email was sent to the email address you specified within 48 hours. It is possible that the email was caught by your email program’s spam filter. Please check your spam folder. If your certificate is not in your folder, please click here to submit a request to our Customer Service team.

I received my certificate email but the link it contains doesn’t work or I can’t print my certificate.
